What is Thorne’s 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you’re not satisfied for any reason with a Thorne product you purchased from one of our authorized resellers, simply return it to the place of purchase for your money back, a store credit, or a replacement product.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Thorne® product you purchased from our website or from one of our authorized sellers and you are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, you may call our Customer Service Department at 800.228.1966 to request a refund or a product credit for a purchase from Thorne.  You must submit your request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. Can I return or exchange a Thorne product that is past its expiration date?

In general, Thorne does not refund or exchange product that is past its expiration date; however, if you have a professional wholesale account with us, please contact Thorne's Customer Service Department for further information. 

Can I return an order that I received that I am not satisfied with?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, then Thorne will help create a solution for you. We want to make your purchasing experience with Thorne as satisfactory as possible. You can always call our Customer Service Department at 800.228.1966 during its hours of operation.

I am a health-care practitioner and one of my patients returned one of your products. Can I receive a credit for this product?

Yes. Thorne will accept a product return or exchange from one of your patients. The best way to do this is to contact Thorne while the patient is in your office so we can obtain the information we need about why the product was returned.

How do I return or exchange a product?

To return or exchange a product that you purchased from Thorne or from a health-care practitioner, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-228-1966 or email support@thorne.com to receive specific instructions on returns and exchanges.

Can I return a product that I purchased and shipped internationally?

Thorne currently does not accept returns on internationally shipped products. All international product sales are final.
